El producto es muy bueno, pero si tienen algún problema con la entrega y escriben a el departamento de Atencion al cliente, responden diciendo que debes escribir en inglés las preguntas, me parece vergonzoso ya que si el producto lo venden a españa debería poder resolver las preguntas que se escriban en cualquier idioma, total cualquiera puede utilizar el traductor, excepto ellos al parecer, completamente decepcionado de la forma en la que respondieron en ese momento, del resto todo bien el envío y el producto, espero tomen en cuenta que el traductor existe y que venden un producto a toda Europa así que no solo le escribirán en español los clientes sino en muchos más idiomas y sino son tolerantes con eso solo deberían vender el producto a clientes de habla inglesa.

Nice bottle

Very nice and long cool lasting bottle. Only downside the "handle" is flexible. Is stiff plastic and easy to break inside a gymbag. Thats the only negative. Everything else top notch. They could make it flexible of also out of metal.

Great Shaker

This is a nice shaker, and it blends well. Since it is not insulated, the cup itself gets cold, I can image a hot beverage would not be able to be held. Also the cap does not seal well, it leaks when I drink out of the lid. I bought another one at the same time and the lid is too tight and will not seal well without perfect alignment.

Strong Looking Shaker

I often try new bottles, from glas to plastic etc. The same goes for Shakers. And I enjoy every time drinking from this well made piece. I even ordered a second one for my mother, because she insisted she also wants one.
The tiniest complain I would add is that the body is made from steel, but the top is plastic. If there would be an optional metal-top, i would buy it immediately.
