We’ve gathered our most commonly asked questions here.

If you want to cancel your order, or parts of it, please contact customer support at shop@smartshake.com as soon as possible. If our warehouse already has processed your order, it’s unfortunately not possible to cancel it, in which case you can return it once it is delivered. Once you have placed an order, we cannot change or cancel it. You will have to return it back to us once it has been delivered. After the return has been registered, we will refund the account used at payment. Note: we will deduct a total of 14.€ (from the original amount payed) to cover handling costs.

You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your package, if the product has not been damaged or altered. When returning an order, you must pay for the cost of return shipping. Smartshake pays the difference.

First, send an email to shop@smartshake.com including the word “return” and your order number in the subject
line, describing what you want to return. Place a note with your order number, your name and cause for return in the package. Send the package to:

Handling returns normally takes 1-2 weeks after we have received the package. When the return has been registered, we will refund you or update your invoice. We will also send you a confirmation email once your return has been registered.

Ordering and paying at Smartshake is safe and easy. These are the payment methods we offer:

If you don’t want to pay with your card or online bank, you can choose to receive an invoice through Klarna.

Card Payment
We accept the most common credit card providers: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you experience any issues when paying, we recommend trying a different browser or device. We don’t accept debit cards.

You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase, if you choose that payment method at checkout. Please contact PayPal directly, if you should experience any problems.

If you have a discount code you want to use, enter it at checkout and click Use Discount Code. Please note that many discount codes have specific limits or restrictions. If you have any questions regarding a specific code, you can contact our Customer Support at shop@smartshake.com. Please note that most discount codes cannot be combined with campaign prices. Combining discount codes is not possible, nor is applying a discount code once your order is complete.

Smartshake will send your package within 1-3 working days. The package will be delivered to your nearest service location. In Sweden, Denmark and Finland, all packages are sent through Bring (1-3 working days).

Outside of Sweden, we deliver orders using the following options. Please note that the delivery time may vary outside of Europe.

FedEx Economy (2-5 days)

FedEx Priority (1-2 days)

Sweden, Denmark and Finland: 7 days  

Rest of the World: 14-20 days.

The same day we send out your order, you will receive an email with information regarding your delivery. In the email, you will find a link with relevant tracking information. If the package hasn’t arrived within the stated shipping time + 2 days, we recommend contacting Customer Support at shop@smartshake.com, so we can look into it.
